COMPLETE THE FORM HERE FOR YOUR E-CERTIFICATE.

1. Visit any participating Kia dealer between February 8, 2010 and March 15, 2010.
2. Present your printed e-certificate and personal identification.
3. Test Drive the 2011 Kia Sorento.
4. After you take the test-drive, have the sales representative complete the required dealer information.
5. Place the completed e-certificate in an envelope and mail it to this address:

Your envelope  must be postmarked by April 15, 2010, to receive your $25 prepaid card.

Approximately 6 to 8 weeks after mailing your completed e-certificate, you'll receive a $25 prepaid card by return mail.

Please fill out the e-certificate completely.  Any missing information will cause a delay in processing.
